Job description
- Reporting to the Linear Operations Coordinator, within a team that is both passionate and relaxed, you will be able to use your talents as an Operations Technician in a dynamic and caring environment.
Missions
Through national and international contents such as sports, entertainment or culture, your main missions will be :
- To take care of our clients’ requests (phone calls, emails and tickets) with professionalism, empathy and reactivity
- Supervise the equipment and technical workflows associated with the services
- To import and check the drivers for TV channels broadcast from our broadcasting control room in France and abroad. – In collaboration with your coordinator, you will process the alerts in the event of an incident and write incident reports if necessary
- Participate in program cutting services for replay and VOD services and monitor the processing in the in-house monitoring tools
Your assets to make the difference
- Holder of a BAC + 2/3 type BTS Audiovisual/Licence INA, you have at least 3 years of experience in a broadcasting control room or within a technical department at a broadcaster, service provider or operator
- You like to work both in a team and independently
- You have a strong sense of customer service and know how to follow several subjects simultaneously
- You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
- You are adaptable, curious and have the desire to evolve quickly
